Business Policy
No walk-ins: We do not accept any walk-in. No exceptions! Please do not disturb by knocking on the door when it is not your appointment time.
Acceptable forms for payment: We accept cash, any major credit and debit cards. We do not accept any insurance.
Scheduling Services: We recommend that you should make an appointment online in advance to ensure your desired date and time.
Late Arrival: We are unable to make up the time for you. It would not be fair for the next client who shows up on time.
Cancellation: Please contact us 24 to 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If you fail to cancel, you will be responsible for the full payment before receiving another treatment. Discounts won't apply in cancellations less than 24 to 48 hours prior the appointment. When you consistently cancel, we reserve the right to block your ability to book online.
No Show: You will be responsible for the full payment before receiving another treatment. Discounts won't apply if an appointment is missed.
Pricing: The rates and/or discounts are scheduled to change without notice. The rates on this website and in store take precedent of any sources that you may find.
Promotion: Any promotion and/or special offers can not be combined, and/or transferred. Discount is not applicable for any gift cards or instant gift certificate.
We Reserve the right to cancel and/ or refuse service to anyone at anytime.
As of 11/20/2023, we do not accept any new clients until further notice.
Note: We only take new clients who has a gift certificate with purchase date prior to 11/20/2023. Please leave a message that you have a gift certificate on booking page.
Ethic Policy
Our Massage is strictly non-sexual. Any sexual remarks or misconduct made by the client, the session will be terminated immediately, and the client will be responsible for payment in full.
